Hi all,

I have a dedicated server in the United States the CPU is the I7-9700K, I installed Proxmox for to run two VMs and the CP and they both work but after looking into the Ghz of the VMs it seems they are getting limited? I will post the images below but is it possible to allow the VM to use the full Ghz speed?

I think most hypervisors don't report actual real-time current CPU frequencies to VMs. Instead it informs them of the base clock speed, which is 3.6GHz for your CPU.
I'm not sure how this is a problem, and what needs to be fixed. Running VMs is about abstracting from the actual hardware, is it not?

PS: You could disable the turbo boosting (and power saving which also causes different clock speeds) of the host CPUs to make them match?
