VM freezes - USB reconnect

one of my vm randomly freezes. I checked syslog and found the following entry at the time when the VM freezes:

I did not unlug the USB device. I've no idea where this comes from. I found comparable post where user complain similar issues with USB resets cauing VM freezes but I could'nt find any reason.
What can I do to investigate further?

It seems like updating pve-qemu-kvm is the solution. I'm a total noob with proxmox and don't know what to do. Someone can give me a hint on how to perform this update?

I forgot to change the sources list so I was not able to update the repositories. This is how I managed to update it:



Qemu is updated and hopefuly the USB bug is gone.
