VM failed errors on a fresh Arch install not getting these on other Arch installs.

Hi Guys
Getting these errors / failed warnings on boot with a new Arch iso

error in vm on proxmox pci_hp_regiter failed error -16
Slot initialisation failed

This is not stopping me getting to prompt to install Arch.
But would like to know how i can fix it or what i am doing wrong
