Hello,

I've been using Proxmox for a while and its ruining super nice. I found out recently that if a VM has a network adapter connected to a bridge and that bridge is not connected to a physical network the VM will not start. Any fix for this? I was expecting that bridges in Proxmox act as virtual switches, but looks like they don't.

Thanks in advance.

If you get an error message it would be good to know which one. There's only one case where this might actually happen and that's when using VLANs on a non-vlan-aware bridge. (There's a checkbox for that in the network configuration interface for bridges.)
