VM Disks keep getting corrupted

I run about 30 VM's on my proxmox server. Whenever I restart the proxmox server, at least 3 VM's won't boot and give me this error: https://gyazo.com/3f9e45943f9e2cf053d0e480dd8a9187

Why is this happening? At this point, it's getting ridiculous and I might just switch to something else.

could you share the configuration files for these VMs (i.e. /etc/pve/nodes/<NODE>/qemu-server/<ID>.conf) and the output of pveversion -v? Are they always the same VMs? Is the underlying storage always the same?
