Vm disk space

Hello, I got a new server that has a 2tb hd.

After I installed proxmox I only see that 100gb was allocated to the VM.

How do I increase this?

Please see the below screen shots...I guess its my local vm where it only shows 100gb and any VM created seems to be limited by that? Maybe I am reading it wrong? Seems like if I create a VM I only have the local vm pool of 100gb available?
