VM disk fs : change zfs to ext4 ?

I have ubuntu VM running on zfs.
I need to change the fs to ext4.

Anybody has this process steps to share ?

Do you want to change the fs inside the VM or do you want to move the virtual disk of the VM from zfs to ext4 storage on the host?

ETA: And is this really a VM or is it a container?

I'd like to see if there is a way to replace its fs to ext4.
I realize that there are tools to do so, but wondering if there is a way on Proxmox level.
