Hi, I am running a linux VM with standard settings and an attached USB stick. When I unplug the stick (needed for update on stick) everything is OK. When I plug it in again the whole VM crashes immediately.
I cannot see any logs for that action.
Is there any hint?

Olaf
P.S. Yes: I have to unplug the stick and plug it in again - it is not for data transfer but for our license system.

How exactly does your VM crash? Does it bluescreen/kernel panic or actually die, as in setting it's state in PVE to 'stopped'?

Also, take a look at 'dmesg' (use -w to "follow" like tail -f) on your host system while plugging in your drive, maybe that shows some logs?
