VM crash alone

Hello,

On a new server, i create one VM with linux debian buster. (2Go RAM, 320Go HDD, 1 cpu)

I create samba share and use rsync for copy data from old server to new server.

After 10 min, the VM crash :/

I have dist upgrade proxmox and reinstall the VM and it's the same.

How can i see why the VM crash ?

Hi,

try to give more resource and try again.

please post config for the VM, also if there any error printed on console.

i have tested with "cp -R" and not "rsync" but it's the same

try to give the VM more CPU/Memory and use qemu guest agent
if still the error please check the journalctl/syslog if there any error.

i have activated qemu guest agent.

1 test:

2 core & 3go ram => crash
2 core & 1Go ram => don't crash (30minutes, it's running)

server have 4Go ram
maybe proxmox use 2 or 3Go / 4Go and if VM > 1go = crash

where can i see journalctl/syslog ?
