VM CPU - Sapphire Rapids - Hybrid?

I noticed that I can select Sapphire Rapids are a CPU type. Does this mean I can implement High and Low priority cores?

If you want to priorize them you would need to pin VMs to specific physical cores using "CPU affinity". From what I've read so far litte big architectures are supported by kvm but still quirky.
