VM contains snapshots - unable to backup ?

Please explain me this:

Dec 05 03:00:04 ERROR: Backup of VM 104 failed - VM contains snapshots - unable to backup

if your VM have KVM live snapshots, you cannot run backups.

Our new upcoming backup system is be able to do this - we are already testing this new system and depending on the results and stability, it will be released as soon as possible as technology preview for testing.
