VM connection lost

We have a problem with some VM's where the network cards are unvalaible.
The model of nic is not important E1000 or paravirtualized same problem, also type of hardware HP or SuperMicro. Host are Windows server 2008, 2012, 2016 all with same problem, all Promox version from version 4.1-x to 5.4-5 same problem.
To solve this problem, we need to shutdown the VM, then to restart ( reboot often don't work).
This solution is not permanent, after few days or weeks, the problem start again.

Any Idea will be great.

I just have read about 20 topics about this issue and unfortunately in PVE 6.4-13 problem still remains :(
