Hello :)
I imported a hyper-v vm which contains win server2012 R2
The problem is I just can't boot the vm but only if I have a win2012r2 iso file in the cd-rom media of the vm
I tried to repair rebuild the boot but no more success.

Here is the config of the vm:

Could you help me please?

Many thanks
Olivier

please post the VM's config and a screenshot of where the boot fails if the iso is not present

For the vm config, is the img in my first post not ok?
no - because it lacks certain things that are e.g. in the Options panel - please post the output of `qm config $VMID`

you can also check the boot-order in the options panel - it seems like you have configured booting from CD-ROM and from network, but not from disk?

please paste the config's as text if possible instead of pasting screenshots

regarding your issue:
the bootdisk in the config is 'virtio0' - your VM only has 'sata0'
adapt the bootdisk to 'sata0'

I hope this helps!

Sorry, I'm working from home with remote access tool and then screenshots areeasier to use than getting text format, but I'll try next time :)

I changed the bootdisk config to sata0 and it started just like Speedy Gonzales :) :) :)

Thanks a lot for your help
Have a nice day !
