Hello,

I've executed a dist-upgrade for proxmox and afterwards restarted the node. All Containers and KVMs are still working except for one Debian VM. It seems like it is not longer able to find the boot disk.

BdsDxe: failed to load Boot0001 "UEFI QEMU QEMU HARDDISK" from PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x5,0x0)/Scsi(0x0,0x0): Not Found

This is the VMs config file:
balloon: 0
bios: ovmf
boot: cdn
bootdisk: scsi0
cores: 12
cpu: host
efidisk0: local-lvm:vm-101-disk-1,size=128K
hotplug: disk,network
memory: 12288
name: pm-Web
net0: virtio=0E:37:A3:82:33:79,bridge=vmbr0,firewall=1
numa: 0
onboot: 1
ostype: l26
scsi0: local-lvm:vm-101-disk-0,size=64G
scsihw: virtio-scsi-pci
smbios1: uuid=ef8216bf-a3be-4d0d-9e94-22a6b91f5732
sockets: 1
vmgenid: cc0104db-7762-4986-8c55-e1ce3b98f514

The volume is listed in local-lvm content section

At the moment I have no idea how to approach this problem. I've uploaded the dpkg log from dist-upgrade but I don't think it's providing any useful information (https://pastebin.com/x4vmkmVn).

Any ideas?

I'm having the exact same issue, but the suggested fix doesn't work for me. When I go to the Add Boot Option screen it is blank.

Any other ideas?
