vm backup and restore between proxmox amd vs intel nodes

hi,
iam, having a proxmox node1 build over AMD setup, in which i have created a linux VM.
Can i take the backup of this linux VM and restore it in another proxmox node2 which is having Intel cpu's.

yes, that should not be an issue. The only thing you might need to adapt are CPU model/flags if you explicitly changed some and the other host doesn't support them. But QEMU will tell you if that's the case when you try to start the VM.

Thanks, i have created another Node2(intel) and was able to bring up the VM snap that was taken from Node1-amd
