Hello,
Any new user of Proxmox Ve, I'm coming to you because I have a little problem but I can't find an answer in the forum.
I installed proxmox and created a VM.
On this Vm, I installed a Debian, I have access to it from the Proxmox console, but I can't get there from the SSH with Putty. It marks me "Access denied" while it is longin / password are good.

I think there is a blockage somewhere but I do not see where.

Could you help me please?

Thank you.
Have a good day.

Hi Babou,
which user account are you using to login into the Debian VM with Putty?
If you are using the root user account, you have to adapt the sshd_config of the Debian VM to allow remote login by the root user via SSH and password.

Cheers, toj
