What specific problem are you facing?
The Proxmox server cannot communicate with devices connected to port 1?
Anyway, there is not enough information.
Information such as the device connected to port 1 (and its VLAN settings) and the state of the Proxmox server's network settings (e.g., ifconfig or ip output) might help us answer more appropriately.

BTW, the PVID of port 1 is 1, so untagged packets coming to port 1 will be sent to the Default VLAN.

You cannot connect PVE, right? seems you'd connected your laptop to vlan2 (port 2) of TP-link switch, where did you connect PVE server to? Can you make sure it's also in vlan 2 of the same switch???

You do not have port #2 on your TP link switch configured correctly. It needs to be a tagged/trunk port, with a PVID of 1.

Your Proxmox configuration (/etc/network/interfaces) looks fine to me. Post more screen shots of the VLAN settings on your switch. Also, what are you using as a firewall/router? How do you have VLANs configured there?
