you need a router somewhere on your network, with multiple nics in earch vlan, acting as gateway for your vms.

 

[Dunuin]

OpenWRT in a LXC could do the job as your router with very low ressources. Or a OPNsense/pfsense VM if you need more features and performance at the cost of way higher ressource usage.
