Virtual Machine Windows2016 lost network connection

Hi.
I have a Proxmox Virtual Environment 5.0-30 with 5 virtual machine ( 1 - Windows2016. 2 - Windows7, 3 Centos7, 4 - freepbx, 5 - Windows2008 ).
I have a problem with the network card of the VM Windows server 2016. Usually when I run a backup of some folders in a Nas in the same network, after an indefinite time the VM network stops working and to restart it I have to disable the card and re-enable the card.
The Vm has the Qemu Agent installed and the vm card is installed as Intel pro1000.

do you have any idea how to try to solve my problem?

My problem was caused by a software called Acronis.
I upgrade the driver virt-io and remove this software. Then everithing is ok.
