Virtual Machine is online but can't join in putty

Hey guys... well i dont know too much about proxmox and things like that just know about some putty commands and some network configurations but im new in this...

Well the problem is, i had proxmox in my machine... im just a staff of the community where i'm, and we had a dedicated server and from there they give us a virtual machine... and it appears online

But when i try to join in putty it just not works...

And when i join into the console from Proxmox it show me this...

What can i do? which could be the problem ? ://

What guest OS is that? What about a dhclient eth0? Networking is delicate, so contact your administrators. This is not a Proxmox VE problem in general.

Is Centos 7 64bit

I dont know what is Dhclient eth0, and yes i know is delicate because of that im trying to find some answers with people who knows here
