[SOLVED] VG name pve is used by VGs

Hi,

some weeks ago i installed Proxmox 8 on a new HW and even updates were working fine. I was able to setup CT and VM without any issues. Deleting CTs and VMs was working fine as well but today i got stuck as i can't setup an new VM.

Allways get the error message below:

If i try to list the Disks via gui nothing is shown anymore:



Can somebody please let me know what can be the reason for this as everything was working fine for approx 4 weeks.

I appreciate any kind of help on how to solve without loosing data, VM, CT

EDIT: solved by disconnecting a USB SSD which contains a old Proxmox installation i was not aware.
