Very frequent VM overload

VM overloads occur in the following errors:
"stopped: unable to read tail (got 0 bytes)" and
VM 101 not running
TASK ERROR: Failed to run vncproxy.

Can you please specify "VM overloads"?
And how to reproduce this behavior?
