Ver 4.3 differnt View for Navigation Tabs

Just looking at Version 4.3.
I installed on one machine and run apt-get update and apt-get dist-upgrade and I have the verticle tabs
showing Virtual Environment 4.3-3/557191d3

Same on other machine and have old style tabs
showing Virtual Environment 4.3-1/e7cdc165

I have run the update again but no change?
What am I doing wrong???

do you refresh the browser?
if this don't work flush the browser cache.
