VE 6.3 - no video output from GPU

My 2000 series nvidia GPU shows up correctly in windows 10's device manager and the nvidia driver installs. However, I can't get any video output from the card no matter what I do.

Have there been changes with the VE 6.3 update? To be fair this is a 3900x, but if the card is showing up in windows and the driver works there should be video output.

DISPLAY is set to none in the vm config.
 
Yes, it was. But it looks like this may have been an issue with my bios. I upgraded the bios and everything works now.
