Where can I find a list of valid field names that can be used in the ‘action items’ tab when creating a rule that edits the header attribute of an email (see attached image)?
I’ve searched online and looked the the admin guide, all to no avail.
I’m sorry, I don’t understand what you mean. I’m hoping there is a field name for the body of the message, so I can insert comments at the beginning of the message body?
