log tracking was not working from the GUI. I tried to use the command line and I get the same output every time

root@pmg# /usr/bin/pmg-log-tracker --starttime "2024-01-01 00:00:00" --endtime "2024-01-03 00:00:00" -vvvv
# LogReader: 96532

# Start: 2024-01-01 00:00:00 (1704067200)
# End: 2024-01-03 00:00:00 (1704240000)
# End Query Options
