Using htb (traffic control) inside container

Sorry about my english. Hi, i'm trying using traffic control (tc) using htb inside a container, but got an error message that (searching on google) means that htb module can be found or something related to that.
How can I use TC with HTB inside a container ?

You can use anything in KVM virtual machine. Inside OpenVZ you have limited options.

Right, I just wanted taking advantage of containers before make a full virtualization. Thanks any way.
