using DS4700 storage with proxmox howto

Hello Everybody!

I would like to change the hypervisor from Citrix xenserver to Proxmox, but unfortunately I haven't experience with storage systems.
The situation is right here:
Xencenter with pool1 (IBM HS22 - 6 blade) attached to it a Storage DS4700 (the storage defined as storage1 with Hardware HBA - see attached png).
Proxmox with 2 nodes (same HS22 - 2 blade)
I would like to use the storage from Proxmox nodes without disturbing the currently used storage configuration (of course any data loss is not acceptable).
The output of lsblk command is here (and attached txt file too):

Can anybody give me a full howto (or guide)? How configure the multipath and how attach to Proxmox the storage1 (of course without any dataloss) in Proxmox's Storage configurator or config file.

I wolud like to use storage1 with proxmox and Xencenter same time (not same lvm of cource).

This device is no longer in production, meaning there is no official guide how to connect DS4700 to Proxmox, meaning it is not supported and it has not been tested by development, there is just a standard multipath guide on how to connect to windows, Linux or VMware.
