Using backup within Proxmox

Hello,
I have Proxmox setup and working fine with one exception.
I have my backups run in the middle of the night for a 'stop' backup.
Using the backup built into Proxmox.
One of my vm's will not shutdown to let the backup to run for that one vm.
My other vm's backup just fine.
I can start and stop it myself but, the backup run can't and gives me a error for that one vm.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Maybe just exclude that one VM from the backup job that uses stopped mode?

EDIT: Choose 'Exclude selected VMs' in the 'Selection mode:' setting for the backup job. And maybe create a separate job for that VM.
