using a tape drive via iSCSI

I am thinking of using SCSI LTO tape drive which lives on my XigmaNAS-Box.
XigmaNAs offers iSCSI including using tapes as a target.

I have already experiences of using this within a Windows 2008 VM.

But I do not see any signs in PBS, that it can use an iSCSI attached tape drive as backup device

Vice versa it seems to work and being documented
