User's Mail Queues Problem

Hi
I use PMG V 6.1-3.
How can I access the individual mail queue?
Administration -- > Queue I can't see it individually. Please do not suggest this step.

Not quite sure what you man with individual mail queue? could you share a screenshot or so to describe what you want to see?

else the Administration->Queue uses `postqueue(1)` to get its information - maybe this can help
