I do not understand your question, can you give more details what you mean here?

Many people need features which allow users (VPS owners) to manage theirs VPS, for example:
- statistics
- KVMoIP (ex. VNC)
- reinstall
- stop, start, reboot
- backup
- etc.

Each user should have unique login and password so should have access only to specified VPS.

That's right, but virtuozo is very useless (IMHO).
IMHO Proxmox is the best vps panel and was written in perl.

as you see on our roadmap, we will introduce a user management. a "user" will be able to stop, start etc. a VM . a complete feature description is not available yet.
