User Virus Quarantine

I've a couple of questions:

1) Is it possible for the user to show also his own virus quarantine ?
2) In order to show his quarantine the user should be connect to https://mailgw1.foo.bar:8006 /quarantine ?
He can't visit directly https://mailgw1.foo.bar:8006 ?

No, the virus quarantine is for admins only.

The user will get a daily spam report as soon as there are quarantined items with login links.
