user not getting spam report

I have a user that isn't getting the daily spam report. The quarantine archive shows she is definitely getting plenty of stuff into the quarantine.

She did accidently put the sender address of the spam report into her blacklist- but I have since removed this - but the report mail is still not getting through.

Is there any way of tracking these report e-mails? From what I can see they aren't trackable in the tracking centre?
 
you need to check "include NDR´s" in the message tracking center. reports are sent around 00:05 every day, a successful sent report should look like this in the tracking center:
