User Limits

Hello there!!

Could someone tell me if is it possible create a limits by user ?
Eg:

UserX - Can usage 4vCPU - 8GB Memory - 100GB Disk Storage
UserY - Can usage 2vCPU - 3GB Memory - 500GB Disk Storage

And when this limit is reached the user cannot create more VMS.
