User Blacklist

I am new to the Proxmox mail gateway, and I am not in IT; I help IT maintain our spam filter.

How can I/we blacklist subject keywords on certain users? I do use the KeyWord Blacklist most of the time, but sometimes an email comes in to multiple users, but only a couple people within the company need the email. Please advise & thanks in advance for your help.

You cannot and you should not blacklist email just by keywords.

If you are not familiar with custom spamassassin rules, this is nothing what you should do.

I am not familiar, but I am willing to learn. I am sorry for the confusion.

Under the Mail Filter/Who Objects/Blacklist (and whitelist), we enter email addresses & domains.
Under the Mail Filter/What Objects/KeyWord Blacklist, we select add and then select Match Field. there we enter From or Subject.
Also, under Administration/User Blacklist we enter email addresses.

I do not really get your question. You can build custom rules to fit your needs.

I do not really get your question.

Ten different people get the same email with the same subject (a trade show name & the year) but from different senders (because it is spam). But I cannot blacklist the trade show name because two people in our company need the legit emails from the trade show.
