Where can we review Proxmox GUI logins, specifically source IP and user names?

This information should Ideally replicate between nodes of a cluster but I can't find log entries on individual nodes either...

You can find it in the cluster log (bottom left in the GUI).

Thanks Alwin, I don't believe this records the source IP of the user though...

No, but you can look through the pveproxy log.
/var/log/pveproxy/access.log
