User account does not exist. Please, create an account firstly

Hi ,

We have proxmox setup with whmcs.

while trying to create vps from the whmcs we are getting the User account does not exist. Please, create an account firstly error. we have installed the cloud-init and enabled it in the proxmox side.we have attached screenshots regarding the issue.
we have no idea why this is raising ,please help us to fix it

This doesn't seem like it is an issue with Proxmox VE, maybe it's better to ask in the WHCMS support channels.
