Under configuration>User Manager, there is a tab called pop. I thought this was for downloading mail from a pop account but have not been able to get this to work. I am trying to download from a cox.net email account and specified the pop.west.cox.net as the pop server and my username and password and it say's authentication fails and I know the info is correct. Does this pop feature work against a cox account? If so how do you configure it, what is the correct server address to use.

you are right, this function is used to download pop emails to proxmox, analyse and forward to the specified internal email address.

are you able to download the pop emails with outlook express/thunderbird using the same settings? if this works and on proxmox not, can you give us a cox.net account to verify your problem? (send directly to t.huber@proxmox.com)
