[SOLVED] Use of uninitialized value $cur_cost in subtraction

Every 10 seconds our server got 19 messages of

There was a similar problem several years ago. But that seems solved.
Any ideas?

The /usr/share/perl5/PVE/Service/pvestatd.pm from one of our PVE host seems to be working alright and $cur_cost is set in the line
`my $cur_cost = $cpu_ctcount[$cpu];`

What's your /usr/share/perl5/PVE/Service/pvestatd.pm looks like? Can you post the full file here?

This line is there, but full file is zipped and attached.

As of perl, accessing a variable which was set to `undef` (undefined) also triggers the `Use of uninitialized value` error.
So your `$cpu_ctcount[$cpu]` could be undefined and that makes me wonder if you CPU is correctly recognized by PVE or your Linux kernel.

Restarted the server and the problem is gone.
