Use a VM as internal switch with openvswitch?

Hello, I would like to install openvswitch on a virtual machine from proxmox.

I would then like this machine to manage openvswitch for all other VMs As internal switch. My "switch" VM would be connected via the bridge to my physical ethernet interface, but the others proxmox VMs must be connected to my "switch" from my VM.

I don't know if it's possible?
