If you get a decent dock can you swap regular sata drives every day without damaging them? couple of our VM's top 300GB so fast backup is desirable Thanks - Lindsay

When I rotate backup drives, I just umount the drive and then mount -a once the new drive is connected as I have an fstab entry for the usb drive.
