USB Keyboard passes through but doesn't work

Hello, I'm trying to create a VM with gpu passthrough which I was able to do however as soon as I get the gpu to passthrough correctly, the keyboard stops functioning as soon as proxmox boots. I've included some outputs from the configuration but if I'm missing anything that could be helpful, please let me know. The keyboard stopped working when I added video-efifb:off to grub. The keyboard has no lights on once prox boots but the mouse does.

I don't need the pcie_acs_override=downstream,multifunction and was planning on removing it, it was done during troubleshooting so it didn't work both before that was done and after. The only solution I've found would be to pass through a usbcontroller (of which I only have 1 from looking at ids) so I'll probably look at buying a pcie expansion card but ideally I would like to be able to pass through devices on the top usb ports and not just a specific 4 in the back.

Any suggestions of how to get the keyboard working?
