USB install

Hi,
i try to do an usb install of proxmox ve 4.
When the install start, it can't continue because it is searching a cdrom drive.
I know that there is a lot of thread about it but, i can't install.

What the probleme whith fixing the bug ?
What is the real solution ?

I have done it, it doesn't work for me.
I am booting from USB that is not the probleme but after that, it search a cdrom drive and stop.
When i am trying to install in debug mode, i haven't acces to the console, just CTRL-D.
What is the issue ?
