I want to pass through a of the USB controllers to my VM. My PC has USB 2.0, USB 3.0 and USB type C interfaces. Which of the following are USB controllers?

Check your IOMMU groups with for d in /sys/kernel/iommu_groups/*/devices/*; do n=${d#*/iommu_groups/*}; n=${n%%/*}; printf 'IOMMU group %s ' "$n"; lspci -nns "${d##*/}"; done, to make sure you pass one that is alone (bridges don't count) in a group.
To me, it looks like you have only 1 USB controller: 00:14.0. The command above should give us more information about the type of 00:1f.5 (and its group).
