How to activate the network card Proxmox a virtual machine from the console.
This certainly have it for a long time and believe me hope there is a way for this I want to do.

Im not sure what you mean, but you can use
"qm set <VMID> --netX <parameters>" to set the nic properties of a VM.

for the parameters call "qm help set"
