Uploading ISO images?

Yes, not implemented. Use scp or some kind of shared storage to test.

Just to note, local iso images can be copied to /var/lib/vz/template/iso/, OpenVZ template are on /var/lib/vz/template/cache/. But note, in contrast to 1.x these files are not rsync to all cluster nodes. a new appliance/ISO management is still on the todo list.
