upgrading the Network CARD error

hello everyone, I need your help, I am having problems upgrading the Network CARD for the server, but when plugging it into the main and booting the proxmox server, there is an error, 2 LAN CARD Main does not receive signal, and when I uninstall the 4 PORT discrete network card, the 2 default PORTS of the main work normally, How do I fix it? As far as I know, if you reinstall Proxmox Server, everything will work, but this is quite time-consuming, because you have to back up the data.
