Upgrading 6.3-2 to 6.4-4

Hello,

I have a server I just got licensed and I wanted to upgrade it to 6.4 in order to do the upgrade to version 7, but I was wondering how this can be done. I would put in a ticket, but I wanted to go through the forum first.
