Upgraded to VE 6.3 ceph manager not starting

There is a new version in the ceph test repository, ceph_14.2.15-pve3. Would anyone be willing to test it? It fixed the dashboard issue on my test cluster.

I diffed the debs and upgraded to the test version, the dashboard is running now, looks good to me. (I performed some basic operations using the dashboard and also restarted some services, but did not do any extensive testing.) Thanks!

Upgrade from nautilus to octopus with:

ceph_14.2.15-pve3

Dashboard ran without problems.
